As Head of Digital Marketing, you will closely work with product owners to develop plans to implement product strategies and execute product go to market to support strategies. You will be tasked with maintaining consistent and accurate communications of product assortment and positioning across channels.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Project manage and execute multi‐channel campaigns including: developing messaging and the execution plan, briefing internal stakeholders/resources and external agencies/suppliers, overseeing the roll‐out and generating proactive analysis to optimise performance
- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns within Google Ads (SEM, Display, Video) including keyword lists, ad copy, bid strategies, and budgets that drive click‐through rates
- Develop conversion goal oriented retargeting strategies and campaigns
- Contribute to improving our SEO via content generation and onsite SEO with the Design and Web Development Specialist
- Grow social media presence (paid and organic) and assist with community engagement
- Manage offline channel execution including direct and brand activation/experiential marketing
- Be a point of contact for external agencies and suppliers
- Assist with the messaging and execution of above‐the‐line brand campaigns
- Creation of new processes and procedures to scale marketing activity and drive efficiencies
- Able to work across various marketing automation, digital platforms and social channels
- Partnering up with Product Marketing owners to help maintain and optimize messaging,
promotion and channel mix for our strategic product categories
- Working cross‐functionally with Channel Marketing, Creative Agencies, and Pricing Strategy
initiatives to achieve financial targets and strategic goals through our marketing campaigns
- Continuously develop and optimise promotions to drive growth and adhere to dynamic
compliance and authenticity standards
- Work closely with Email Marketing Specialist on the execution of emails marketing strategy and
test plans to maximize value of channel
- Optimizing processes and interaction models to ensure efficiency and alignment across teams
- Utilizing complex data to measure and improve performance of online and offline marketing
campaigns
- Strong understanding of KPI performance to define goals
In Return You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics or other related field
- experience in a similar role within a fast‐paced environment (preferably online gaming)
- Designing the rollout of successful campaigns that drive customer engagement, advocacy and
leads
- Data analysis and tagging with an analytical mindset to derive insights from data and make
intelligent and agile decisions
- Proficiency in Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Google Analytics (or
similar), Campaign Monitor, Salesforce (or similar), and highly desirable; HTML and WordPress.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Hands on email marketing experience an advantage
- CRM management and campaign automation
- Working with list providers and managing subscription‐based databases
- Content marketing and social media account management, including Facebook Business Manager
- Active in staying up to date with new trends, technologies and emerging opportunities
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex projects at once
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think analytically and use data to make informed recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a
team setting
