About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales professional who has worked in audiovisual industry. The chosen candidate will be the first face that potential clients see and as such will be responsible for building the potential client’s interest in the company and establishing the correct understanding of the company’s offerings, capability and most importantly, values. 

You will:

  • Develop, execute and report against a written business development plan.
  • Manage customer accounts within the Business
  • Build a strong market presence in your sales market
  • Manager the pipeline
  • Ensure that opportunities are identified and pursued in your market
  • Quotations, tenders and other similar sales based activity
  • Promote a consistent message in the market about our offerings and values.
  • Regularly and pro-actively report to the Directors with quantitative measures of their activity and success in building referrer relationships and event activity.
  • Demonstrate the completeness and quality of data the person maintain in our CRM system.
  • Work within the sales, production and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, profit generation, and meet long-term business goals in line with company vision and values.

You need:

  • Professional English communication skills
  • 3+ years of business development or sales.
  • Experience selling technology solutions into financial clients (desirable)
  • Experience in building trusted relationships and fostering account growth
  • Customer focused, committed to providing exceptional customer service, with a customer comes first approach to all problem solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.

  • Experienced in the world of unified communications, audio visual and office technologies.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
