Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project manager, development team and stakeholders
• Documentary and user testing 
• Prepare quality reports and provide feedback, from the start to the end of a project

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• IT qualification or vendor certification
• Documentation skills are essential
• Previous experience working with clients to understand and analyse business processes
• Proficiency in using MS office suite products
• Familiarity with managing a CRM for a large organisation and Admin Portal 
• Strong story-boarding and storytelling skills
