Job: Full-Time Receptionist

Our client is one of Australia's fastest-growing forex trading technology and brokerage service provider.

They offer state of the art trading technology and educational resources that are suitable for both beginners and experienced traders. Currently, they are in need of a passionate and customer oriented Receptionist to join their collaborative and successful team. 

To be successful you will need to have a positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent communication.

Responsibilities:

• Managing / Servicing guests check in and outs
• Answering telephone, email queries and direct to appropriate departments.
• Ensuring front of office and recreation area are structured and tidiness
• Assists in the office all around duties
• Managing the overall meeting rooms
• Developing in house rules for all of the employees!
• Arranging external and internal events
• Updating social media events and activities
• Other Administrative work

Requirements:

• Excellent in presentation and manner
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible, positive attitude, willingness to help
• Be flexible and available to assist in various needs in the office and external
• Office suite proficient
