This role needs you to

• Work with our project manager, development team and stakeholders
• Be responsible for documentary, user testing and provide quality feedback, from the start to the end of a project

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a product management role.
• IT qualification or vendor certification
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience working with clients to understand and analyse business processes
• Proficiency in using MS office suite products
• Experience managing a CRM for a large organisation and Admin Portal (highly desirable)
• Story-boarding and storytelling skills

Experience in financial services and marketing is not essential but highly regarded
