Senior Digital Marketing Director

What will you be doing?

• Develop acquisition and retention tactics by triggering email campaigns, managing the CRM platform and segmenting the database
• Direct the implementation of various marketing campaigns spanning across Display, Mobile, Affiliates, SEM, Social, Websites and Content
• Ensure campaigns are arranged correctly to maximise results
• Report on campaign performance to drive ROI using Google Analytics (or something similar)

What are we looking for?

• Experience with allocating budgets
• At least 5 YEARS’ experience across all of the above listed marketing campaigns (Display, Mobile, Affiliates, SEM/SEO, Social, Websites and Content)
• Experience in the gaming sector or financial trading sector preferred
• Experience in managing online campaigns and creating content
• Solid sense of business acumen and commercial awareness
• Excellent skills in leadership and managing stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords
• MUST be fluent in writing and speaking in English
