Job: Building Consultant / Surveyor (Victoria)

Our client is seeking an individual with a background in building surveying, services engineering, architecture, structural engineering or quantity surveying!

If you are dedicated and have exceptional liaison skills to be able to source relevant information from compilation reports and assessments, read on!

• You will have a professional demeanor and interact highly in both formal and informal settings
• Your outstanding communication skills will come in handy when leasing with clients
• It will be required that you have the ability to write and present cohesive and technically sound reports for executives
• You will deal with due diligence assessments and analyse problems within properties and buildings

It is required that you are a Chartered Building Surveyor and preferable if you are a UK educated Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or B. Sc Building surveyor. You also need an eligible Australian working visa to apply.
