• Our organisation needs a team player who can adopt and promote EBRs core values and behaviours. This will require your self-motivated mindset, a positive can do attitude, ability to take initiative and be reliable, as well as your proactive and self motivated approach.
• You will be taking on many new and challenging tasks. Your strong attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to multi-task, strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office will be crucial when sourcing candidates, building and maintaining a database of available, skilled people, identify candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies and work closely with specialists to understand recruitment strategies.
• You will be interacting with many new and interesting people each day. This will require your exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal and outstanding customer centric business skills to carry out telephone screening and interviewing, undertake referencing and take necessary candidate information.
