Job: FX Customer Support Team Lead

Your responsibilities

• Following account opening processes
• Handling clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure timely processes
• Responding promptly to any queries that the clients have on the website's live chat, over email or phone
• Answering any inbound phone calls, identify customer’s needs and directing the query accordingly
• Maintaining a friendly, professional and helpful attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements for the role

• At least 3 years of experience in CFD and margin FX sector with 1 year in an equivalent Supervisor role
• An understanding of foreign exchange, commodities, options and money market financial transactions
• Great attention to details
• Decision making skills in a fast-paced work environment
• A Can-do attitude from a team player
• Willingness to actively gain product and systems knowledge
• Professional communication and phone skills
• Excellent adaptation to changes and unexpected events
• Trading background and confidence in using MT4 platform and MetaQuotes suite of apps
