The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Software Developer to join one of Australia’s most prestigious and growing software companies.

Based in Perth, you will be part of a talented and highly collaborative development team that provides innovative solutions aimed at simplifying the management of workforces and environments in high -risk industries.

Your New Role

Reporting directly to the Software Development Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Working together with the product owner,scrum master, QA and other developers in your agile team to build enterprise-scale web and mobile applications
• Participating in in daily stand-ups, planning sessions and retrospectives
• Working on the highest priority tasks as decided by the team

Your Background

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in building, maintaining and deploying enterprise-scale web-applications
• Working knowledge of ASP.Net, WebAPI, SQL Server, Xamarin,Stackify, Jira, Confluence as well as VSTSand TFS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate a complex, legacy, enterprise scale codebase and be happy working with older technologies
• Solid knowledge and experience of MVC and JavaScript is a must!
• An advanced skill level in C#, Webforms, JQuery, Entity Framework, TSQL(Procs and Queries)
• Solid knowledge of clean code writing and maintenance as well as re-factoring
