Job: Client Services Executive

Our client is a leading global financial company that specialises in currency exchange, foreign money exchange, money transfer and international remittances services. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Client Sales and Support executive to join their busy team located in Chatswood, Sydney. They are seeking to expand their business development plan as well as strive to become a world leader in the non-bank financial service provider industry.

The main job responsibilities:

                    <ul><li>Through exceptional experiences provide timely support for our client Stockbroking clients</li><li>Provide excellent and high calibre client service to ensure a positive experience for all clients, focusing on getting it right first time, acting as a brand ambassador in all client interactions</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience.</li><li>Maintain KPI and SLA targets, both Individually and as a team</li><li>Proactively respond to and manage inbound client queries through Phone, Email, Live Chat and Messaging, professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of client service if required</li><li>Participate in targeted outbound calling incentives</li><li>Ensure compliance with RG146 certification, including annual CPD points</li></ul><br>
