We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Home Loan Specialist to join our team. Our client is looking for a Digital Home Loan Specialist with lending customer experience in retail mortgages.

You will provide service and build relationships with current and prospective customers in the home lending space.

The Role

• Provide inbound/outbound support about the product during all steps of the customer’s journey
• Assist with digital loan application processes and underwrite loans
• Resolve customer issues and other enquiries
• Complete loan applications, payments, repayments and arrears management, mortgage variations, and act on fraud alerts
• Flexibility to work on a roster system, Monday to Friday

Your Skills & Experience

• You must have a passion for customer service, and be a strong communicator with proven negotiation experience.
• Proactive at solving problems and achieving desired outcomes
• RG 146 qualified with at least 2 years experience in retail mortgage lending and sales/customer service in a call centre
• Knowledge of NCCP, Privacy, Debt Collection, and AML/CTF Acts
