2. Job description summary: Your aim is to appeal to potential candidates within the 150 words of the job description. No appeal means that they won’t click through the main ad, and you have lost them at the start. This summary has to be GREAT in order to sell your job. Use positive adjectives and exciting action words to attract candidates

3. Colour and formatting: This is easy to do and has a huge impact because most people don’t, at this stage of the Internet’s development, apply colour and formatting to make their ad stand out. It attracts attention, creates interests, and raises your professional image
