"I have been working in recruitment for over 10 years and I think the fact that I am working for EBR for a second time is a testimony in itself to the type of company they are. I am Irish and originally worked with EBR back in 2002-2003 when I was in Australia on a working holiday visa. We were a very small team then. I since went on to work for large plc recruitment firms in Dublin and Sydney and have also management recruitment teams. When I returned to Sydney in 2010, I was really impressed with how much EBR and grown and evolved since I'd last been with them. I love the fact that they are 'professional' recruiters and really are true to their word. Where else could you work for a manager who asks you 'what are the top 5 things you'd like to do in a role?' and then tells you they can design a job to suit your requirements. Talk about job satisfaction! I am back working with EBR, on a part-time basis and I am involved in recruitment, training and developing our tendering capabilities - no two days are the same. The team are lovely and we are constantly being encouraged to stretch ourselves and learn more so it's a great environment."
