- Cleanse your body by drinking more water and eating more fruit & fibre, to wash out all your indulgences over the Christmas break such as alcohol and cakes.
- Go to bed at a reasonable hour - to catch up on your lost sleep.
- Get back on track with your fitness program.
- Tell everyone what you are doing - for support, ideas on how to do it better.
- Reflect on the past year - don't dwell on regrets & mistakes, and reward yourself for the good stuff.
