This month EBR CEO, Soong Chong, has 5 tips on kick-starting your year.

  1. Cleanse your body by drinking more water and eating more fruit & fibre, to wash out all your indulgences over the Christmas break such as alcohol and cakes.
  2. Go to bed at a reasonable hour - to catch up on your lost sleep.
  3. Get back on track with your fitness program.
  4. Tell everyone what you are doing - for support, ideas on how to do it better.
  5. Reflect on the past year - don't dwell on regrets & mistakes, and reward yourself for the good stuff.
