Asking the right question can work to your favour as it shows initiative on your part and may even impress your potential employer.

  3. Is there room for growth and advancement?

  4. What are the top three tasks you want the candidate to perform after being hired?

  5. How is performance measured?

A job interview is the perfect opportunity to exchange information between both the candidate and the employer as it allows both parties to learn more about each other in an attempt decide if the candidate is a match for the business. A candidate who asks questions will have a better chance of being placed in the position than someone who does not.
