CEO Corner: "Habits are like friends"

I recently caught up with an old friend.
We had not seen each other for 14 years.
It was just like the good old times.
It was so easy and natural to fall back into the way things were.
I found that his nature and habits were still the same.
This made me think that it's so easy to fall back into your old habits as you do with your old friends.
It is so familiar, natural and comfortable.
The point I am trying to make is in order to "grow" you really need to stretch yourself.
Identify your habits, and assess whether they serve for the better or worse.
Don't fall back into your old bad habits.
And catch up with good friends more often.
