The end of the year is the best time to reflect on the decisions you've made and look to the future for improvement. But one of the biggest problems people have is making a New Year's resolution  they can stick to! Here's a list of resolutions EBR suggests you can stick to in the New Year:

Delegate

With the economy slowly on the rise again, you might be finding yourself short of time and resources. Delegating tasks to your staff members is a good way to promote teamwork and save both your time and energy. The end of the year is the worst time to worry about what's on your work plate, as you mgiht find yourself feeling either burned out or stressed about getting all your work done before you take a break!

Network

Do you need to promote the business? Worried about not making enough business relationships? Christmas is the best excuse for a networking. It will allow you to get to know your peers, catch up on all the industry news and make new business friendships over Christmas food and drinks.

Contribute to a worthy cause

Make a difference in your community, find out what you can do to help someone in need.

Find time for you

Blurry eyed? Tired? Working too hard? Instead of spending the year ignoring your personal needs, spend some time each week to wind down and relax. Increase productivity by taking the occasional break.

If it goes wrong, learn from it

Learn from your mistakes. Make a bad decision? Take note and don't make the same decision again. We can't stop making mistakes but we can definitely prevent them from reoccurring.

Keep an eye out for next month's tips on how to keep your New Year's resolutions!
