Thought of the Month - July

This month's thought comes from Albert Einstein, one of the most influential scientists in history. Einstein offered this definition of insanity:

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

If there is something in your life that needs to change, now is the time to do it! Instead of just sitting back and expecting different results, do something about it! Experiment with different methods and take the risk of making mistakes.

Sir Martin Sorrell, the CEO of a global organisation, says "The truth is we all make mistakes all the time". Making mistakes in your personal life is like making mistakes in a business. Instead of not making, or avoiding making decisions, we need to "learn from mistakes and listen to feedback".
