Women in Power

Joining a handful of other women in power, Julia Gillard has made history by becoming the first female Australian Prime Minister.

Due to the increasing numbers of women in power, it has become apparent that the society we live in is less discriminatory than even just a few decades ago. This month EBR interviewed three women in power on how they got where they are what advice they would give to other aspiring women.
